A Short Hiatus

I realized this AM as I'm rushing through my emails, preparing to rush off to work, that it has been a week since I last posted anything here. And what's worse, I missed the Photo of the Week post last Friday. Sorry.

Truth be told life's a little crazy right now: I've been working a lot of extra hours at my part time job, making it a full time job. Dale had same-day surgery on Monday (he's fine, it went well, he'll recover fully) which ate up a full day and has left me with extra household stuff to deal with like walking all three dogs and shoveling snow. I'm 10 weeks into a triathlon training class at the gym and now also just starting a 6 week class at The Textile Center of MN- Wheel Spinning for Knitters (more on this in a future post). There just isn't enough hours in day.

Which means I'm on recess, but only for a little while. I'll be back soon, probably next week. I've got a pattern to publish just as soon as I can get the photo shoot done. I'll write about my new adventure in yarn spinning. I'll be starting the seeds for my kitchen garden, and sharing that in a post. And I'll get the camera out again.

Hang in there, I'll be back in a little while.
