A Trio of Wooly Toppers

This pattern includes instructions for three stylish winter hats. The common thread is the use of handspun yarn. Each hat is a slight variation of the others. These toppers are highly textured, colorful, and oh so unique.

Skill level: Intermediate Beginner
Needles: U.S. size 7 (4.5mm): 16" Circular & Set of U.S. size 7 DPNs
Yarn (v1): Nashua Creative Focus Worsted
Yarn (v2): Malabrigo Kettled Dyed Merino Worsted
Yarn (v3): Berroco Peruvia
Yarn (v1-3): Handspun Wool with a WPI of 8-10
Yarn Requirements: Less than one skein each of colors A and B,
     plus less than 50 yards of handspun for each hat
Gauge: 18 sts and 22 rows = 4" in stockinette
Size: One size fits average adult head 21-23" circumference
